'The House that Aldwin Built - Malvern Priory in its original Romanesque context'. The 2nd Heritage and Faith Lecture will be at 6.30pm in the Priory on Saturday, October 6th.
Malvern Priory is nearly a thousand years old but it was radically altered about 350 years later. How would it have looked originally, and why was it designed that way? In this illustrated talk about Malvern Priory and Romanesque achitecture, Mike Hope, who travels all over the world lecturing on art and architecture, will take us on a voyage of discovery and help us answer these important questions.
Drinks and canapés will be served at the end of the Lecture. Come and join us for an interesting and enjoyable evening!
Tickets are £10 or £8 for members of The Friends and are available from the Priory Shop in the church, The Parish Office or Malvern Tourist Information Centre (TIC)
