Activities for Children & Families - 28/06

Here is this week’s Young Church Mag which you would usually find in the Children’s Space. Colouring Sheets for all the Sundays in June are here.

Roots have adapted their resources (which they usually publish for church children’s group leaders) for families to use at home during this time. Click on this link and scroll down for this week’s story, craft ideas and activities for all the family plus puzzle and colouring sheets and links to catchy YouTube songs. There’s a good little video for older children or young people in the section titled ‘Difficult Discipleship’ in the Think and Reflect section.

Here’s this week’s Roots Family Time sheet, which some of you may have found useful.

You may also be interested to see the Church of England ‘Faith at Home’ online collective worship sessions which can be accessed via the Oak National Academy

Your children’s school may have already pointed them in that direction.

Don’t forget to check out ‘Virtual Sunday School’ You Tube station again if your children enjoyed it previously!

Last but not least, many of you will know that the Priory should have been buzzing with around 700 Primary school children last week as we hosted our 13th ‘Lifepath’. Unfortunately, it had to be cancelled but Lifepath activity group leaders have provided access to the activities – so your Key Stage 2 children may still enjoy the experience of ‘Virtual Lifepath’.

Download the online activities for Lifepath 2020.
