It’s coming home

No, not that. Much, much better!

The Morning Prayer and 11.30 Holy Communion Congregations were welcomed by cheery scaffolders as well as clergy today as the clanking of poles and fitting of fixings was silenced for services.

So, for the ‘mathematical’ amongst blog readers, to explain what’s going on, here’s an equation:-
Scaffolding + St Anne’s Chapel = Impending start of work to return the mediaeval Creation Window
S+SA=CW

Yes, all being well, work is shortly due to begin to return the stunning, unique, conserved glass to St Anne’s Chapel, so access will, understandably, be restricted and there will be noise as the skilled craftspeople carry out the delicate work.
