Someone’s always there
When you join the Priory you’ll always have a PAL
A bunch of harvest flowers and a smile from a Priory PAL, delivered to your home
We want everyone who joins the Priory Family to feel welcome and cared for.
So… there’s a group of over 30 members of the congregation called PALs - Priory Area Links. The PALs take responsibility for keeping in touch with the Priory members in their area.
PALs make contact by either visiting, telephoning or by email, and if there is a pastoral need, they can alert the Pastoral Care Team.
The Pastoral Care Team are happy to visit folk in hospital or in their own homes.
We love to welcome new people into the Priory Church Family and regular Welcome Teas are held for new members. This is an opportunity to meet other new folk at the Priory and to discover more about what Priory life and how it’s possible to become involved.
If you would like someone to talk to, have a need or know of a situation that would benefit from pastoral input, or for more information on Pastoral Care at the Priory, please contact the PALs coordinator: Anne Eglington via the Parish Office by calling 01684 561020.
