High level connections
No sooner had the works to the roof of St Anne’s chapel been completed (no more waterfalls and buckets!), than the next workforce was welcomed to the Priory.
For the long-awaited audio-visual improvements are being made.
Amidst a tangle of cables that makes Spaghetti Junction look like a simple reef knot, connections are being expertly made and equipment installed, which will enable families to see and hear services from the Children’s Area.
And we will also be welcoming Sally Strachey Historic Conservation back to the Priory to do preparation works to the stonework ahead of the return of the Creation Window to St Anne’s Chapel after Easter.
It’s the Twenty-first Century equivalent of the almost continual building works that the monks and worshippers at the Priory experienced in centuries gone by.
