PCC meet at St James’, Welland

It’s a very hard act to follow, but Rod, our Vicar, will be retiring in July, so the Priory will be prayerfully seeking the next Vicar, to lead this amazing, living, church.

The newly-elected PCC met for the annual Away Day, in Welland, to start the process. Guided by Sarah, they considered ‘who we are’ and ‘who we would like to be’, noting their thoughts on brightly coloured sticky notes.

Then came the BIG question…so what attributes should the next Vicar have, so that the Priory can look to the future with confidence?

Advised that the Angel Gabriel would not be available as an applicant, the PCC members came up with a wide range of suggestions.
